How do I add a subscribe/unsubscribe form to my site?

Our system allows you to integrate subscribe and unsubscribe forms for a specific contact list directly into your website.

To obtain your list’s HTML code:

  • Access your list by going to the Contact List tab and click on the desired list name.
  • Click on Manage Forms on the left hand menu.
  • You will have the option to either grab the HTML code to embed on your site, or use a direct link to the form.
    • Grab HTML Code will give you the code to embed the code on your website. Feel free to customize your form
    • Direct Link will give you the direct link to the form

If you have any personalized fields on your list, they will be added to the form.

When using an unsubscribe form, subscribers will be given the option to let you know why they unsubscribed. While the presence of this field is mandatory, filling it out is completely optional. For the time being, this data will be collected and stored, and will shortly be available in both campaign reports and individual user history.
